Rolfing®Structural Integration is a form of bodywork that works through the connective tissue (fascia) of the body from feet to head in relation to gravity within a frame of 10 sessions. 

Rolfing can help improve function, create better postural and movement patterns, increase body awareness and relieve aches and pains from years of unhelpful habits and body use. This therapy can also initiate a process of change within a person’s life as well as affect a deep changes emotionally.
