Rebecca has been teaching for 15 years using yoga and chinese medical principles interchangeably in her classes. Her training in traditional medicine allows her to cover a range of topics, and is able to deliver a well rounded, energetic physical and mental discipline to her students. Rebecca has worked with numerous professional sports people and sports teams ranging from football to rugby, giving her an in depth look at men's issues and concerns. Rebecca will assist in introducing you to yoga, and how this could be an integral part of your training regime. You will be able to experience for yourself  the benefits of yoga, both physically and mentally. Rebecca is passionate about her students development of body awareness, alignment and ability to concentrate. All are important components to the development of a meditation discipline and understanding the connection between our body and mind.
