Karin teaches Vinyasa Flow.

Karin’s aim in teaching yoga is to create warm, welcoming atmosphere where students will feel free to be themselves. She wants the students to experience the full benefits that yoga can provide, from improved flexibility and strength to equally important stress relief, relaxation and to be able to apply the teachings of yoga to help to improve their daily lives off the mat.

Karin’s classes are dynamic, energizing and fun, creating space between body and mind. She invites yoga students to come to their yoga mat as they are, not as they think they should be. Students should be prepared to breathe, sweat, have fun and allow yoga to open them up to their personal power!
