Taking time for self care. Winding down from over stimulation, and stress, anchoring and grounding in body and breath.

As we move into the colder months of the year and shorter days, in this transitional time of Autumn through Winter, we will get cosy and warm by bringing much needed nourishment into our lives. We focus on gentle grounding and warming Somatic movements, slowing down into deep replenishing Yin and soothing relaxing Restorative postures.

Sasha will be using a nurturing custom made essential oil blend for the Autumn Season to assist us on our self care journey and we will be immersed in a peaceful Visualisation and Sound Healing for the Heart.

    Sasha has been facilitating Yoga and Meditation for nearly 10 years internationally, as well as performing concerts of sacred music. Her training and experience in Yoga and movement practice ranges from Kundalini, to Hatha, Sound Therapy, Yin, Kirtan, Mindfulness, Flow, Restorative.
