Can we transform our relationship with nourishment to one that we trust? Can we use our cravings to understand what we really need? Can we eat and live in a way that is free, loving but also balanced? Nicky's answer is yes:

"Every single one of us needs to eat. We all have needs and we all want to find balance within it all. One of the most important things I have learnt over the years is that nourishment is about so much more than just the food we eat. In this half day workshop we will look at how to gain a more balanced, empowered relationship, with not only the food we eat but also our body and ourselves.  

What if I were to promise you that to gain empowerment and freedom in how you feel and how you live is not about more control but in fact more about letting go, surrendering into who you are and what you need. Learning how to listen to what I am really hungry for is one of the most fundamental tools I have been taught in my lifetime, and one I hope to pass on to you."
