More and more people are appreciating that we need to rest and relax in order to appreciate our lives and enjoy good physical and mental health. The growing popularity of 'cooling' practises like Yin, Restorative, Yoga-Nidra and Mindfulness are testimony to this.
We will be using traditional restorative props plus the swing to make your body as comfortable and supported as we can to create the right conditions for deep relaxation to occur. The uniqueness of aerial yoga would be that suspension or partial suspension of the body creates a physical feeling akin to being in the coccon.
Be comfortable and supported. Perhaps, through relaxation, the swing can help us rediscover that security and incline us towards a new period of growth: inner growth.
