Would you like to learn how to find more space and practice techniques to calm both body and mind and release stress and anxiety? Treat yourself to this 3-hour workshop which is designed to Relax, Renew and Restore you leaving you feeling lighter and brighter!

During the dark winter months its important we take the time to slow down. Come and have a boost for your health and immune system, take some deep rest and time for you. You will leave feeling like you have had a lovely massage and a deep sleep and feel the benefits for days.

Jess will lead you in a blend of Yin and Restorative yoga, Pranayama, Meditation ending with a powerful Yoga Nidra. Moving deeper and deeper into stillness, these practices are all phenomenal ways to help soothe our bodies and encourage deep healing throughout our physical, mental and energetic systems leaving you feeling blissed out and creating a profound sense of peacefulness and renewal.

Everyone welcome, adaptions can be given to make the practices suitable for all.

    She was originally drawn to yoga for its physical benefits but continues to be fascinated by the many deeper layers yoga has to offer such as Eastern philosophy, Ayurveda, Breath work, Meditation, Mantra and Mudra.
