This drop in meditation class will give you the opportunity to practice alongside and with the energy of other meditators. We will begin with a guided meditation leading to time with a focus on the breath or a mantra. There will be tips on establishing a meditation practice at home and time to discuss any questions you may have around an existing practice as it evolves. No previous experience is necessary - just drop in when you can.
