Lotte Berk method is designed to achieve a lean, supple and toned body. The exercises will help you improve your curves and body shape. Created over 60 years ago by a German dancer Lotte Berk, the moves are based on modern dance, yoga and physiotherapy.
 
Beginning with warm-up exercises and continuing through a comprehensive range of moves,including mobilising and stretching, using all muscle areas thoroughly.All levels of ability and fitness are taken into account.
