Mindfully flow your way back into stillness

This class will focus on opening the body through a flowing asana practice while emphasizing the guiding principals of ISHTA yoga, such as individuality and the joy of the subtle body. ISHTA yoga stands for the Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda. It was developed by Yogiraj Alan Finger.

This class is appropriate for students who already have a solid grounding in yoga basics. There will be opportunities to try more challenging asanas and meditation techniques.

This class is for those with some experience of yoga- Level 1-2. It is not appropriate for absolute beginners.
