Iyengar yoga is accessible to anyone and has been described as meditation in action. Postures are held for longer allowing students to develop their alignment, awareness and harmonise mind and body. The technique and sequencing helps students to develop strength, flexibility, concentration and relaxtation. It offers a safe and methodical progression through postures before more demanding work. All classes devote time to relaxation. All levels are welcome
