Pilates is all about creating balance, stability and co-ordination, which will enhance your overall movement, boost energy, improve your posture, and leave you feeling more connected to your body. Pilates gives your spine stronger support enabling you to stand up taller, encourages good joint mobility and flexibility, and creates long lean muscles.

The class is not suitable for complete beginners.

This class is not suitable for pregnant ladies.
