In Yoga Flow classes you are invited to flow with the breath in continuous movement from one asana into another. There will be moments allowing you to linger and savor the moment in your posture connecting to your breath and being present, exploring your true potential. Students are encouraged to make the practice their own, honoring both their edge and their limitations.
