A variety filled yoga class focusing on the influences of the elements found in the principles of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. These elements consist of earth, fire, water, metal, air and space and influence various organs and systems that make up the human body.
These elements will be explored to understand how poses along with our lifestyle, seasons and food can bring about balance. This class is an open vinyasa style practise designed to increase the awareness of your yoga body and any movement practise that you have, be it cycling, running, dancing, circus or a martial art.
