yin yoga is perfect for preparing body & mind for meditation

all levels are welcome

Yin yoga (floor seated postures held for min 3 minutes) is an effective preparation for meditation. Classes will end with a short meditation covering awareness techniques for inner focus and balance. These techniques will draw upon yoga philosophy, tantra and modern psychology and be informed by the traditions of Buddhism, Taoism and Zen.
