These classes are designed to meet the objective of Hatha Yoga, aiming to transform the human body to make it a worthy vehicle for self-realisation. With this in mind you can expect Pranayama practices and investigation into Yogic principles to be threaded throughout the Asana sequences.

This hour-long class is aimed at practitioners who have a practice and would like to delve a little deeper. Practising mindfulness, using the breath and developing our overall strength we will experiment with more advanced poses, helping to keep your practice inspired and alive.

Suitable for intermediate + advanced practitioners with 1-2 years of regular yoga practice.
