The Law of Attraction states that the thoughts that you are thinking create your life and that you can change your life by changing your thinking. 

There are several powerful and practical Law of Attraction tools that can be used to assist you in feeling greater happiness and in positively transforming any area of your life experience. The Law of Attraction also explains that it doesn’t matter where you are beginning, as you can also get from wherever you are to wherever you want to be by changing your thinking.

The optimum life experience according to the Law of Attraction is one where someone is relaxed, content with their current life and in which they have a positive view of their future. There are three types of Law of Attraction techniques that assist with each of these three areas and what works very well is regularly, ideally on a daily basis doing one of each of the three types of techniques.

The first type of technique is relaxation and the best form of relaxation is meditation. From my experience it is not so key how you meditate but rather finding a way that feels easy and natural to you.  However, it is important to distinguish meditation from visualisation as in meditation you are simply giving the mind the opportunity to quieten and relax, rather than trying to envision or make anything happen. Taking the time to meditate regularly for around 15 to 20 minutes will lead to a large shift in your life experience. 

The second type of technique is making the best of/appreciating your current life experience. The Law of Attraction explains that everything that you have asked for has been given in an energetic format and when you appreciate you get into a mode of allowing which allows those wanted things to begin to flow into your life experience.

The third type of technique is focusing forward. Techniques that fall into this category include visualisation and writing about what you would like to experience as if you are living it and experiencing it now.  A key point with focusing is that you don’t have to know ‘how’ what you want will come into fruition you simply just have to practice thinking the thoughts that match the essence of it and the universe will take care of the how. 

When people first start doing the Law of Attraction techniques, the techniques can sometimes feel a little unusual if there has been a momentum of thinking in a particular direction and now they are beginning to change their thinking. However, the techniques do get easier and easier the more people do them, as they start strengthening and making more dominant the new better feeling thoughts. In addition, people do not always see immediate changes in what is manifesting in their life experience from doing the techniques but they do nearly always very quickly get emotional relief and when they continue to practice the new thoughts then things will always positively transform. It can be conceptualised as a wheel spinning in one direction and if you want to spin it in a new direction, you first have to slow it down before it can begin spinning in the new direction.
