Antonia came to yoga from an exercise point of view but soon developed this into a devoted practice, reaping the benefits both mental and physical. This is what she would like to impart to her students; a way to work yourself towards a place of strength and calm and a practice you can come back to when life gets a little too much. Her philosophy is that it’s not how far you stretch but how you stretch. If the alignment is right then the flexibility will come. She teaches a strong class where students are encouraged to take it at their own pace and enjoy themselves during the class, leaving any preconceptions about their ability or their practice at the door!
