Suzanne’s teachings encourage students to dissolve barriers and move through an intelligent practice in order to cultivate more intimacy with breath, body, mind and to each other.  Suzanne's instruction is woven to attune to modern duty and includes progressive sequencing anchored in ancient teachings. Suzanne has spent well over a decade studying and teaching the reverent offerings from the Iyengar, Ashtanga and Anusara lineages. She is deeply passionate about sharing eastern yoga philosophies with her students. Suzanne's instruction also integrates her experiences as a former athlete and behavioural-mental health researcher. Suzanne is Co-Owner of One Yoga for the People in Vancouver and holds a doctorate within Counseling Psychology. She conducts Yoga Alliance Teacher Training's, teacher mentorship programs and international retreats & workshops. She is a primary faculty member for Yoga Therapy International, and she is Founder  of The SARA Foundation, a charity organization aimed at yoga for cancer prevention & management.
