Kate teaches yoga flow and yoga basics.

Kate has been teaching in the UK for the past ten years. Her background in dance greatly complements her teaching as it gave her an in depth understanding of the body and its requirements. Her style of yoga draws on elements from the many different styles she encountered on her travels throughout India, Australia, Asia, America and the wilds of Mongolia, creating a free flowing style with an emphasis on alignment and breathing.
