communicating love

Learn to connect deeply with yourself and another.

RELATIONSHIP WORKSHOP

with Cate Mackenzie

Do you ever wonder how it can be possible to have a good, clear and loving conversation? Have you been curious how you might be able to sort out difficulties with someone else? This is a workshop to learn how to connect deeply with yourself and with another person and share the good or the difficult. The key is connecting with your heart, slowing down with yourself and another and speaking from your authentic self. This is not a chat it is a deep communication.

This method is called Bridging and it was developed by Hedy Schleiffer. It facilitates one person to deeply listen to the other and through this experience both people are changed and receive some healing.

If you have ever wondered what deep intimate communion with another could look like then come to this workshop. Here you will find tools that you can translate into your relationships, work, dating and romantic lives. Here you can learn the huge power of being present.

During this workshop you will:

  • learn how to communicate well;
  • learn mindful communication;
  • learn how to speak from the heart;
  • learn how to listen to your heart;
  • learn how to listen to another.
