It's time to get your yoga practice really going in this inversions and arm balances workshop.

We will begin with a thorough warm up and spend time learning important aspects of crow, side crow, headstand, handstand, and more. You'll have as much time as you need until you feel confident to incorporate these challenges into sequences. If you learn quickly you'll be given extra challenges.

This workshop aims to give you:

  • understanding of how to position your body for a safe and stable inversion and FALL safely;
  • special techniques to practice inversions for years to come;
  • confidence to practice inversions in your regular practice;
  • a sense of knowing where your body is when upside down.

Your expert guide Amy is a former osteopath who has trained in many disciplines including dance, parkour, gymnastics and capoeira.

Suitable for all levels - fledglings will master the fundamentals of flight while veterans will have an opportunity to learn challenging and fun transitions into and out of inversions.

Prepare to play hard!
