In this introductory workshop you will be introduced to a variety of dance meditations which are going to enable you to come into contact with your inner silence. Rather than sitting and contemplating, you will experience how creative movement can be used to calm down, become centred and quiet. The workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators as well. You will explore two ways of movement related meditation:
First, by especially structured dance sequences, you will be guided step by step into a state of calmness.
Another way is to move and dance and to become utterly silent by dissolving completely into movement.
Both ways are beautiful, easy to implement and effective.
