In this yoga basics course we will begin to understand the fundamental mechanics of the key yoga postures.

Yoga Basics Course

This Yoga Basics Course will introduce you to all aspects of Yoga, the asana (physical postures) pranayama (breathing exercises), mindfulness and deep relaxation.   If you are a complete beginner or someone with a small amount of experience this course will give you the confidence to go to open classes and practice at home. 

We will cover a variety of asana; forward bends, back-bends, standing and seated poses, twists and balances set within a framework of breath, movement and flow. Learn how your body, your breath, your limbs, your core and your spine all work within the realms of simple to more challenging asana.

This course is limited to max 8 participants.

Mondays 7.30pm - 8.30pm
