Sculpt, tone and refine your body

Based on pure classical ballet technique, this barre class will take you through a warm up at the barre which includes both slow paced exercises to mobilise the major body’s joint building up into fast paced repetitive exercises to strengthen and tone lower and upper body. Last part of the class will vary from week to week and focus on ballet exercise to target abdominals and core work, or simple jumps routines or more in depth stretches. This class is suitable to all levels and previous experience of ballet is not essential.
