Enjoy a flowing asana and finish with a grounding and restoring yin practice to feel completely rejuvenated.

We are often faced with a build up of stress in our minds and bodies and as a result we suffer from anxiety, insomnia, digestive issues, chronic pain and autoimmune disorders. This class has been carefully designed to allow the body to self-heal, self–regulate, and release layers of tension. The class will be divided into a gentle flow of asanas before moving into an even more gentle practice of restorative poses, which will lead to a blissful relaxation. We will use lots of props to help the body and mind relax and rejuvenate. This powerful, healing practice is open to all levels. It allows us to slow down, retreat ourselves from the chaos of the city, re-harmonising our body and mind.
