Kundalini Yoga was brought to the west by Yogi Bhajan in the late 1960s. It is an ancient system that uses ‘Kriyas’ (Sequenced Postures, breathing techniques and mantras) to strengthen mind, body and spirit.

There are thousands of Kriyas available in Kundalini Yoga, with each one tailored to achieve a specific outcome. The technology is powerful and effective, strengthening the physical body, immune & nervous systems and the energy body. Kundalini Yoga also uses many meditation techniques that can bring clarity , contentment and increased happiness to the practitioner. 

A Kundalini Yoga class is Open to all levels, with beginners made very welcome.
