A Restorative Yoga Practice is a helpful way to manage the emotional roller coaster of our lives. Through the precise and skilled practice of a range of yoga postures (Asana) and Breathing practices (Pranayama) the mind quietens and the body heals itself. Restore your natural equilibrium by learning to listen, feel and breathe.

In this class we will use equipment, like bolsters, blankets and postures to enable you to hold postures for a longer amount of time. This encourages a receptive ‘being’ mode of observation and awareness which is profoundly healing. It can help to boost the immune system, improve sleep, and reduce anxiety and stress.
