This class will offer a short sequence to release any tension in the body and follow with the practice of Yoga Nidra which is a technique in which you learn to relax consciously. Most people think they are relaxed when they collapse on the sofa with a cup of coffee, and read a newspaper or switch on the television. These are only sensory diversions and for true relaxation you must remain mentally aware. This is Yoga Nidra, the state of dynamic sleep.
