These sessions draw upon the use of asanas, pranayama, concentration exercises, mantras and mindfulness with the intention of reducing mental scattering and promoting the relaxation of the nervous system. Expect to be mentally challenged and learn how to use the power of your concentration to gain further strength and precision during crows and inversions. Komal is super hands-on with her adjustments and you can expect precise guidance and support for your practice. Every session ends with a guided relaxation or meditation and an inspiring reading on yoga philosophy. Om om!!
