Amy started practising yoga whilst training to be an osteopath. This, coupled with a background in Parkour, dance and athletics which give her a thorough understanding of how the body works. Amy primarily teaches one-to-one yoga, which is relevant to each person’s specific needs. The Wednesday evening class will include flowing, fluid movements that link with breath to work and limber the body at the end of the day plus some challenges for the ambitious! Amy is a stickler for technique so come if you want to a sustainable, progressive practice.
Suitable for intermediate + advanced practitioners with 1-2 years of regular yoga practice.
