Vinyasa is the synchronization of breath with movement, and in vinyasa classes postures are linked together in a continuous flow. Vinyasa is more than a simple set of physical maneuvers; the flow of the practice with the breath bring together the internal and the external. The practice engages prana, or energy found within the breath, and leaves the practioner feeling energized, centered and more connected with their Higher Self.
Vinyasa Flow Level 2 is a faster paced, flowing class with opportunities to practice intermediate and advanced poses and inversions. This class assumes a prior grounding in yoga basics and alignment. Heat building sequences will be balanced by a cool down and savasana at the end of the class.
Suitable for advanced practitioners with 2-3 years of regular yoga practice.
